The game is saved every time you parking, enter your HOVA again, traveled to another zone, or after you progressed with your quest. In the last section you can hear Orma and CORA discuss that Nivalis will fail and its citizens cant be helped. If I wanted to be cruel, Id say it could have been a lot more than it is, too. Cloudpunk could have been a lot of things, many of them disappointing. In fact, since there is no counter ingame yet, i advice to go a full Playthrough with one eye on my Maps to get the Achivement for safe, otherwise maybe you read some Names you are sure never saw in your Gameplay. Cloudpunk has only one save slot and working with autosave. This is your first night working for Cloudpunk, the semi-legal delivery company based in the sprawling city of Nivalis. In the final part of the DLC, you get the decision to go with Orma or get back to bed. That last 5% most People are missing is just because of unlucky Waypathing between the Jobs (In some Jobs you have Multiple Choises and one will miss the Spot) or just because they are not close enough to Objects, while running pass them. Overall I have to say that you will find 80% by the Main Story Playthrough and around another 15% if you go for all the Pick ups (Items on the Map).
